Candidates must read the Candidate Guide at the end of this overview to be fully informed of the Evaluation process.

The November 2008 Competency Assessment is scheduled to be undertaken at the Chiropractic Department, RMIT University, Melbourne.  The dates for this assessment will be 6th, 7th and 8th inclusive.

Candidates will be required to be in attendance over the three days and individual timetables will be emailed to candidates closer to the dates.

Candidates are advised that previous candidates suggest:

  • jetlag plays heavily during assessment and it is therefore advisable that you make plans to arrive in Australia allowing sufficient time for jetlag to be overcome; and

  • you have on-hand knowledge of the chiropractic environment in Australia (observing within an Australian practice for a week will assist);

  • you ensure you download and read the Outline of Assessment and Sample Questions (next page) and Candidate Guide to prepare yourself for assessment.
